3-Paternity Leave

Along with a beneficial maternity leave, we at Future Group believe that enabling the male employees of the organization to support their spouse through the period of pregnancy is essential. They can avail 15 days of paid paternity leave within 10 days of the child’s birth.

4- Maternity Leave

Under the government’s Maternity Benefit Act, Future Group women employees can avail a maximum of 26 weeks as pre-natal or post-natal leave, as per the country’s law. During this period, the employee will be paid the same salary drawn immediately before proceeding on maternity leave.

5- Mediclaim

We have ensured that our Mediclaim policy takes care of the medical expenses of employees and their immediate family members in the best possible manner.
